Palmer Park Bowling Club
Palmer Park bowling club was established in 1910. It is affiliated to Bowls England and the Royal County of Berkshire Bowling Association.
Known as a friendly, sociable, mixed bowling club. It welcomes new members with or without experience.
Free coaching is available for both beginners and improvers on most Saturday mornings from 10.00 am to mid-day. Every Monday evening during the season there is a Club Night from 6.15 pm. Suitable for everyone, including new bowlers, can enjoy a friendly competition.
The bowling facilities are excellent with a well-maintained green. A Clubhouse with a licensed bar and ladies’ and gentlemen’s changing rooms. The Club is located in Palmer Park, Wokingham Road, Reading.
There is a full program of internal competitions together with mixed, men’s and ladies’ friendly and league matches with other clubs.
